Our first dormer-roofed 1/12th scale doll's house designed for the collector or as a playhouse for young children. A large range of dolls house furniture and accessories are available to furnish your dolls house.

It has 4 large rooms with hall and landing, plus 2 loft rooms.

Fittings contain:- 3 x T11 windows, 2 x T12 windows, 1 x T13 door, 1 x T18 pediment,  pins, hinges & screws, dowel for chimney, glue & paste,interior and exterior papers.

Wood Pack contains uncut:- 9mm, 6mm & 3mm MDF

There is enough wood to build this model.
