A 1/12th scale Georgian doll's house for the collector or as a playhouse for young children. Hobbies stock a large range of dolls house furniture and accessories to complete your house.

The Georgian has four large rooms and entrance hall linked by a staircase.

Fittings contain:- 3 x T11 windows, 2 x T12 windows, 1 x T13 door, panel pins, hinges & screws, triangular fillet for stairs and dowel for chimney, glue & paste, interior and exterior papers.

Wood Pack contains :- 3mm, 6mm & 9mm MDF

Please note: These are not pre-cut kits. Wood Packs provide sufficient un-cut materials of MDF, stripwood etc, to complete each project. A cutting guide is included, 4’x 2’ sheets are generally sent.
