This elegant highly detailed classic 1930's suburbian styled 12th scale doll's house features opening panels to front and rear.

This model has access to the whole house with hall and landing to ground and first floor.

The attic rooms are accessed by a removeable roof section.

It has been designed especially with the Miniaturist Collector in mind.

Featuring 15 rooms and landing areas to decorate to your taste.

Plan and instructions, Fittings and a Wood pack are available, to complete the model to the external semi-decorated finish (just needing some matt magnolia emulsion).

Fittings include T11 windows, T20 doors, External brick and state papers, chimneys, dowel drains, H24 hinges/screws and VPF fence panels and wood mouldings.

Wood pack are raw 9mm & 6mm MDF panels enough to construct the model.
