A fabulous doll's house of the early 1900 period, redesigned from Hobbies 1917 handbook and adapted to take new Edwardian style moulded windows.
It has four large rooms with a hall and landing, ideally suited for 1/12th scale furniture. It has a two-hinged opening door front and double access to the loft rooms.
Main construction of the house is in 9mm MDF with the front and roof sections in 6mm MDF.
Dimensions 915mm (36") wide, 458mm (18") Deep, 876mm (34 1/2") High.
Fittings contain:- 4 x T31, 13 x T32 windows, panel pins, hinges & wood finials, triangular fillet for stairs, chimneys & door knobs, glue & paste, interior and exterior papers, printed PLAS decor sheets for door and hall openings.
Consider ordering 2 x PLAS/D decor sheets for the lead lights and 3 x plain PLAS sheets for the lower window sections.
