A fine example of a Regency style dolls house which is one of the largest in our range.

Triple-hinged front gives easy access to 6 rooms, plus hall and landing.

Main construction of the house is of 9mm MDF with the back and roofs sections in 3mm plywood or MDF.

Please note this is not a kit

Fittings contain:- 7 x T11 windows, 6 x T12 windows, 1 x T13 door, panel pins, hinges & screws, triangular fillet for stairs & dowel for chimney, glue & paste, interior & exterior papers.

Wood Pack contains:- 3mm, 6mm & 9mm MDF.
