Exton House from Barbara's Mouldings is a fabulous double fronted, late Victorian / early Edwardian Dolls House kit with ground floor bays.

 It is supplied with dog-leg stairs to add even more character to a super spacious house.

 All of our Ready-To-Assemble Dolls House kits are precision cut and routed in MDF panels for extra strength. They fit together perfectly and come with full instructions.

 Once assembled, you can decorate your Dolls House to your own personal choice and finish.

 There are 6 rooms set over three floors including the attic.

6 Room Sizes: 280mm Wide x 206mm High x 390mm Deep

The hallway and landings are 146mm wide, with dog leg stairs between each floor.

The Exton is a fine house and very good value, if however you would like more rooms to decorate, then why not add the optional Exton Basement. This will add 3 more rooms and provide outside space. The front of the basement is hinged for ease of opening. The bays follows down into the basement with steps going down from the pavement.

Another optional addition is the Exton Table 280mm high which allows your Exton House and Basement to be displayed to their best advantage.
