This house is designed with the young child in mind.

One of the roof sections folds back to reveal a loft play area.

When all the furniture is packed away at the end of the day, the house can be easily carried for storage purposes, or taken to friends.

Fittings contain:- 5 x T11 windows, 1 x T13 door, pins, dowel & fillet,glue & paste, all decor papers.

Wood Pack contains:- 6mm Medium Density Fibreboard (Ref.MDF/S4 x 1), 9mm MDF (Ref.MDF/S5 x 1/4 sheet).

There is enough wood to complete the model, together with a cutting plan for the most economic layout.
