Farmhouse Style Doll's House

Our first dormer-roofed doll's house designed for the collector of 1/12th scale furniture or as a playhouse for young children.

It has 4 large rooms with hall and landing, plus 2 loft rooms.

Fittings contain:- 3 x T11 windows, 2 x T12 windows, 1 x T13 door, 1 x T18 pediment,  pins, hinges & screws, dowel for chimney, glue & paste,interior and exterior papers.

Wood Pack contains:- 9mm Medium Density Fibreboard (Ref.MDF/S5 x 1),6mm MDF (Ref.MDF/S4 x 1), 3mm MDF (Ref.MDF/S2 x 1/2 sheet).

There is enough wood to build this model.

Wood pack includes a suggested economic cutting layout,and ALWAYS attracts our MAXIMUM POSTAGE rate.

Please note that a Dormer Kit (T19) and Chimney Pots (CP1) are available if required.
