This kit is precision-cut mainly in MDF, with hinged side roof panels and removable middle section, giving access to attic space.

Double fronted opening with 2 sets of stairs.

Kit contains:- Routed wood panels and strips, chimneys, porch columns, stairs, decor PLAS-sheet windows, PVA glue, plus full instructions for assembly.

Dimensions : 863mm (34") wide, 483mm (19") deep, 782mm (30 3/4") high.
