This means that your order with alwayshobbies.com will be deemed complete at this time and alwayshobbies.com will send an e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail) confirming. This confirms the amount to be acceptable by alwayshobbies.com for the goods you have requested or any 3rd party that is authorised by you on behalf of alwayshobbies.com.

13. Returns Policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, for any reason, a full refund will be provided if the products are returned, unused and in their original condition, within 7 working days of the customer receiving them. Return postage and packaging is to be paid by the customer.

If in the event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, alwayshobbies.com shall, at its discretion, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damage or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question only if you comply to our returns policy. NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
18. alwayshobbies.com do not accept liability for any loss, indirectly or not, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss or damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the purchase of goods or use of the alwayshobbies.com website.
19. Credit and Debit cards are debited before items are shipped by alwayshobbies.com. All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated.
20. alwayshobbies.com aim to arrange shipment of all in stock items within 24 hours of receiving your order (week days only). Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers.
21. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate. alwayshobbies.com will not supply dates our suppliers may get an item in stock.
22. The period started within which you will receive your order is an approximate time. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that your goods may be sent to you in part deliveries.
23. Title to any product or service ordered will pass to you once Hobbies Ltd has received full payment for the goods ordered.
24. Postage & Packing is charged as detailed on the website. alwayshobbies.com reserves the right to amend postal charges. This will not be retrospective.
