Hobbies have been supplying model makers and enthusiasts since 1895, and over the years we have produced numerous handbooks and catalogues advertising our products.
You can see obvious trends in style, colour and contents in the covers of different years. For example, the 1950s covers have an emphasis on the father / son relationship where they are building models together, the 1980s covers shown younger children with home made dolls houses, where the more modern covers are more colourful and boisterous with model planes and trains.
