Tamiya Cromwell Mk.IV British Cruiser Tank MK.VIII, A27M
Prior to the war, the British army had a limited number of modern tanks, most of which were lost in France. Rover were set to producing a 600 BHP engine called Meteor, capable of moving far heavier tanks than its 350-410 BHP proceeders. This new engine was fitted into the Cromwell MK.I which soon developed into the highly successful Cromwell MK.IV which was capable of supporting a 75mm gun. This tank helped in the pursuit of Germans across Northern France.
